在joomla針對模組設定檢視群組層級的用意什麼？
以及為什麼有時候要用群組設定權限有時候要用檢視存取層級設定？

我一直沒有辦法分得很清楚這兩個差別在哪...

群組權限設定是設定此群組所能使用的操作，也就是能夠「做什麼」
存取層級是定義選單項目、模組等功能的切換開關，也就是登入後「能用什麼」。
