我是初學者,安了1.5RC3, MySQL 是 UTF8, 發現全部News, 文章的建立日期, 更新日期等無法顯示, 情況如下:

�P���|, 12 �Q�� 2006 20:00
最近更新 ( �P����, 20 �C�� 2007 05:18 )
作者是 Administrator

未知那裡出錯了, 請指點
