使用Joomla 1.5.23版的，有去後台的語言管理，將網站選擇繁體中文，但是前台中文輸出都是"?????"，要如何解決呢?

變成亂碼的是文章內容/選單連結嗎？還是訊息說明？

會出現這個問題大多和資料庫伺服器預設編碼是 Latin1 有關，以下文章提供了解決方案：

以自己所知道的部份只能透過「終端機登入」的方式登入網站主機後使用 mysqldunp 語法進行，好像沒有在 Joomla! 後台操作的方案，如果有的話還請您分享。
資料庫內容的編碼格式好像在建立當時就已經確定了，建議與網管人員聯絡另行建立「指定為 UTF-8 (utf8-general_ci) 文字編碼」的 MySQL 資料庫。
