請教各位大大，
當我將布景主題的index.php中的以下
紅字部份"Custom Templates designed just for you...be unique"
改成中文字"我的布景"時，中文字卻呈現亂碼，
<div id="slogan-text" class="art-Logo-text">Custom Templates designed just for you...be unique!</div>

請問如何show中文呢?

環境:
appserv 2.5.10
DB:utf-8
joomla 1.5.15 加 zh-TW.site.1.5.15.zip

請問要如何將index.php存成UTF8呢?
