安裝好joomla 2.5 上傳到虛擬主機之後
修改我的footer 發現在火狐上看到的中文變成亂碼(請參考附圖)
在IE也要選擇編碼才行
初學JOOMLA請各位前賢協助指導，謝謝

試試看修改的那個檔案編碼轉成UTF-8
