來跟目前的語系檔針對變數的比對 (中英對照以及標點符號的修正)

這是因為 zh-TW.plg_system_redirect.sys 該檔案編碼為 Big5 因此才會造成讀取錯誤,覆蓋即可!

administrator/index.php?option=com_modules&view=module&layout=edit&id=23
1."選單指定"建議改成"指定選單"
2.下方的＂切換下拉選單＂按鈕是否應改為＂反選＂,Toggle Selection應該是反選
